Transfer Plans

Transfer plans and resources are designed to guide you, but they should not replace direct communication with your nursing academic advisor. Occasionally, coursework not listed in the guide may be substituted or evaluated as equivalent. Your nursing academic advisor can provide guidance in these situations.

You can find transfer plans for community colleges by selecting "Nursing" and the name of your community college.
