Attention Kirkwood Nursing Transfer Students!

Planning to transfer to Iowa State’s RN-to-BSN program in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences* for the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 academic year? You may be eligible for the Leonard and Evelyn Dolezal Scholarship, which awards approximately $6,000 toward tuition.

Eligibility: Students transferring from Kirkwood or residing in Linn, Clayton, Fayette, or Johnson counties.

 

Note: RN-to-BSN students may choose to follow the requirements of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences OR the College of Health and Human Sciences. Students in the College of Health and Human Sciences are qualified for different scholarships. Each college has different general education requirements. Visit with the nursing advisor for details. The RN-to-BSN program coursework is the same regardless of college designation.
